ATG lands Javelin in Colorado
Aviation Technology Group (ATG) will setup production of its Javelin two-seat very-light jet at Front Range airport in Adams County, Colorado.
The company will lease two buildings at Front Range until permanent production facilities are ready in 2009.
One building is used to make the four certification-test aircraft and also act as the headquarters for Javelin flight testing.
A second adjacent building will be used to assemble production aircraft. ATG also expects the military trainer version to be assembled at multiple sites overseas.
