Airbus to Spend $12 Billion to Develop A350 Jet, People Say

Airbus will commit $12 billion to develop its A350, according to two people with direct knowledge of the proposal.

The two also said that Airbus will present the design of the A350 XWB to EADS on Nov. 7.
