Brazil in air control chaos; crash blamed

The Brazilian air traffic control is in chaos with travelers facing delays of up to five hours after 10 controllers were suspended over the crash of a Boeing 737 on Sept. 29.

The suspension increased the workload of an already understaffed ATC.
