Google co-founder Brin books space flight
Google co-founder Sergey Brin has made a $5 million deposit with Space Adventures for a space trip to the International Space Station in 2011.
Space Adventures CEO Eric Anderson said Brin will join the company's newly created Orbital Mission Explorers Circle to help fund its first private mission to the space station.
The company plans to build its own Soyuz rocket for private missions that could start as soon as the second half of 2011.
